On June 6, Changan and GAC signed a framework agreement in Chongqing. Under this agreement, the two parties will cooperate in the areas of common platforms and technologies, industry chain ecology, international business and industry funds to enhance the core competitiveness of China's automobile industry.

Deputy General Manager of GAC, and Mr. Wang Hui, Vice President of Changan, signed the framework agreement on strategic cooperation on behalf of both parties in the presence of Wang Man, Chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Automotive Industry Committee, Zhou Qing, Councillor of Chongqing Municipal Government, Zeng Qinghong, Chairman of GAC Group, and Zhu Huarong.
