On December 16, the ZunJie Super Factory was officially inaugurated in Hefei, Anhui Province. The ceremony was attended by key leaders, including Wang Hong, Secretary and Director of Anhui SASAC, and Luo Yunfeng, Vice Secretary and Mayor of Hefei. Xiang Xingchu, Chairman and General Manager of JAC Group, delivered the welcoming speech. Leaders from the provincial and city governments, Huawei partners, JAC Group executives, and employee representatives gathered to celebrate the milestone.

Mayor Luo Yunfeng highlighted that the ZunJie Super Factory will drive digital transformation in the automotive industry, fostering deeper collaboration between traditional automakers and tech companies. With new models and advanced research investments, the factory aims to introduce cutting-edge technologies, materials, and processes to deliver smarter, more luxurious vehicles for customers.

Xiang Xingchu emphasized that the ZunJie Super Factory combines digital R&D, green intelligent manufacturing, and premium brand services into a world-class production base. Once fully operational, the factory is expected to generate over 100 billion yuan in annual output.

On November 26, JAC Group and Huawei unveiled the ZunJie S800, marking a significant step for China’s luxury car market. The S800 fills a gap in the domestic ultra-luxury segment and challenges foreign dominance in the million-yuan car category. This achievement reflects the strength of China’s manufacturing industry, which is now advancing toward the top of the global automotive value chain.

To ensure top-quality production of the S800, JAC Group and Huawei built the ZunJie Super Factory with cutting-edge technology. Equipped with nearly 1,500 smart robots, the factory automates key processes like welding, painting, and gluing. Its digital infrastructure, powered by a “one cloud, one network, one platform” system, enables customized production and agile manufacturing. The factory also integrates carbon footprint management and energy-saving technologies, making it one of Anhui’s first zero-carbon industrial parks. With 86 quality checkpoints and over 25,000 control points, the factory ensures every vehicle meets world-class luxury standards.

Looking ahead, JAC Group will continue to focus on the ZunJie project, advancing its transformation into an intelligent and new-energy automaker. The company aims to achieve “one million vehicle sales and 100 billion yuan in revenue” during the “15th Five-Year Plan,” contributing to Anhui’s vision of building a globally competitive new-energy vehicle industry and elevating China’s position in the global automotive market.
