On December 17, Zeekr announced that its 7X model is now available for pre-order in Europe, signaling the brand’s official entry into the global market.
The Zeekr 7X, launched on September 20, 2024, comes in three versions: Standard Rear-Wheel Drive, Long-Range Rear-Wheel Drive, and Long-Range All-Wheel Drive. Prices start at ¥229,900, ¥249,900, and ¥269,900 respectively. All models feature Zeekr’s advanced in-house Hozon Drive 2.0 system. This system supports urban autonomous driving (NZP) without pre-loaded maps, navigates over 90% of complex intersections, and includes a commuting mode with memory routes. The model has seen strong demand in China, delivering over 10,000 units in 25 days, surpassing 20,000 units in 50 days, and exceeding 25,000 units in just 60 days.
In 2024, Zeekr is accelerating its global expansion. The brand is now present in over 40 international markets, including Sweden, Australia, the UAE, Singapore, Mexico, and Egypt, covering Europe, Asia, Oceania, Latin America, and Africa.
On November 28, Zeekr’s Vice President, Lin Jinwen, announced the opening of Zeekr’s 500th global store in Singapore. The company currently operates 447 stores in China and 53 overseas. By the end of 2024, Zeekr expects to expand its global network to 520 stores.
In Africa, Zeekr signed a partnership agreement with Egypt’s EIM (Egyptian International Motors) in late October. This collaboration aims to establish sales and service networks in Egypt. Zeekr plans to introduce its flagship models, Zeekr 001 and Zeekr X, to the Egyptian market first, with plans to bring more models over time. The first Zeekr showroom in Cairo is set to open by the end of 2024, offering full-service solutions and after-sales support.
Looking ahead, Zeekr plans to enter new markets, including Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Vietnam, by the end of 2024. The brand aims to be present in over 50 international markets, spanning Asia, Oceania, and Latin America, by year-end.
